am writing to request a refund for a recent purchase of a Diamond membership on Chess.com. I initially signed up for the free trial of the Diamond membership but unfortunately forgot to cancel it before the trial period ended. As a result, I was charged for the full membership. Dear Chess.com, Yes i requested a refund earlier morning for the accident i made, but i want to asure the i will be refunded for my valid reasons. I need the money to give back to the owner because the owner needs it ASAP. I'm just worried, and i don't know what to do else. Thank you for your understanding and assistance!

There is a form to request a refund. Use the links on the bottom of the page to get to it. I suggest that you type "refund" when the bot asks what you are looking for. No need to write out the whole story.

It looks like you purchased your diamond membership four months ago.

I don't know if they will give you a refund. (The money back satisfaction guarantee is only 30 days as far as I know.)
