registration abuse

my friend got banned suddenly and he never had any alts, so he created a new account after his old one got banned, but now the new one is banned too. he messaged support but they never replied to him, what can he do to play chess again?

Your friend will need to use the Support option in the menu and wait for a contact; it should say how long it will take if s ticket is opened

it said 1-3 days but it has been more than that and he still hasnt received a response

Even if the AI Agent says you 1-3 days, it usually takes a week and even more

It can take longer if staff have a bigger influx of tickets.

Maybe its better to change that promising "1-3 days" to "as soon as possible" in the AI Agent

They do occasionally change the time if delays are expected to remain higher than normal

I noticed but support still replies after the delay promised by the AI Agent

Moreover, when I am finally connected to a support member and have described the subject, the next reply from the support member within the same dialogue usually takes up to a week also tear

If they are really busy they'll be handling multiple tickets at the same time so could have delays on replies as well.

Yes i agree. It takes a week to a few weeks for an answer for me
