I won a game and lost 2 points on my rating... what is going on here?

Rating system doesn't seem to work.. I am winning games, but it doesn't change my rating (should increase), and sometimes even my rating drops although I have won.

Ok, i lost dozens of games because this server disconnect me while i am playing, very often when i am brutally winning. I verified my connection and the problem is not there. I am fed up of this bug, fix it, it is unfair and boring. I was evaluating to become a member, but this bug hold me, i won't spend any money untill this problem doesn't get fixed.
First time I've seen this. I was playing a game and, after I made a move, my opponent let his time run out. Chess.com recorded the game as a loss for me due to abandonment. Anyone ever had this issue?

For some reason my king is not being displayed on the board, instead the square is blank. I am able to "move" it, e.g. castle, etc, but it remains a blank square throughout the game.
I was is a game and the api froze as did my laptop. After several attempts to close my browser I had to reboot my computer hence my first loss by abandonment.
Every game I play I don't see the Black king doesn't matter if I'm white or black and It really threw me off several games because I would blunder all my pieces away because I didn't know where the kind was.
To avoid dragging the king when castling, try clicking on the king and then click on the rook.
Hi Team, I'm an admin for Team Australia and recently I noticed that in VC game (Vote Chess) we are no longer able tp remove a player (causing problems) from the match... the software says it removed him but when go back and check the player is still there...
You can use the bug report tool in the Help menu to let the developers know.
They probably don't read this old thread. You can write to support@chess.com. Be sure to provide a link to the match, your user name and the name of the person causing problems.

Your loss. The forum is run by users for users. Most of the questions in this thread are usage questions by new users.
Yours sounds like a bug. The bug report tool is pretty easy. You should try it.
The developers don't have the time to read every endless old thread.
