It is showing me that I have a brilliant move but in game review it is showing me that i do not have a brilliant move. It also happened in the past.

The game over dialog is showing you might have a brilliant. It's that you have a sacrifice that could qualify. It's run at a lower depth than the full review which can determine the move doesn't actually qualify for the classification.

I tried to put my game in some libraries but it is not allowing me to switch to see my other libraries.

I'm not seeing any issues switching to a different collection.
