He gets a swat. You get it twice as hard for tattling. That's the rule.

Sort:
Private game chat is just that, private. Between you, your opponent and if need be, Support.
Your opponents have an expectation of privacy, just like a phone call. It's inappropriate to publish private chat imo.

ps. If chat bothers you, disable chat. If opponents bother you, block them. For really serious transgressions, report them directly to Support (avoid gossip and naming names such as this topic)
Click disable chat when you are playing and you don't have to listen to it.
Also, this doesn't belong in the public forums.
If you found this offensive why subject the rest of us to it?
Think yourself lucky, I never get opponents who spout-off like that. 
Disable chat, if you react it encourages them.
Thank you for your responses, and the forum edicate lesson. As a new user the information is helpfull. Also, no one should expect privacy regarding anything they say online. That expectation is what enables people to act in such ways.
