Request to restore Game to my Archive (with Proof)

Hello chess.com,
unfortunately my internet connection disconnected during a game vs. Engine 15 - Advanced (1900) after I had already won the endgame.
Because of the disconnect, the game was not saved and I could not open Game Review.
I have:
• a full screen recording video of the entire game (with audio)
• a manually reconstructed PGN of all moves (79 moves)
If it helps, I can provide both as proof.

I mainly care about the game being added to my Game History/archive if technically possible.

I know that internet disconnect was not chess.com's fault! But I'm asking you chess.com if you could please recreate/restore that game to my Game Archive as a gesture of goodwill?

i recreated the original PGN using the video as source, then loaded that PGN in the Analysis and ran the Game Review afterwards. The fact that i could load that PGN in the Analysis and run the Game Review proves that game does indeed exist and was originally started/played on chess.com, it got an internal Game-ID, an Engine-signature (Komodo / chess.com-Bot-Engine), a time-/server-reference, server seed, time stamp from chess.com's system. Even though it was not saved in my archive/Game history (disconnect), there seems to exist internal Meta data traces. My reconstructed PGN fits perfectly to a game that chess.com knows and the Parser knows it (it seems familiar to the parser), otherwise it couldn't have been parsed (if it were an external PGN from another site, platform or app)! So this means the game exists server side, there are internal Meta Data:

- Game-ID

-Bot-/Engine instance (Komodo15)

-start time / server time

-player ID (me)

-result (win)

otherwise my reconstructed PGN couldn't have been accepted. The game is not lost, it's just non-exposed! No server flag means no archive/Game History.

i really don't feel like bothering to beat that same Bot twice again just for the sake of having it saved to my Game history. Plus that was a good game! So i hope you can do that for me please.

Thanks, i tried what you suggested me. However, the problem is, i had to create a new collection to save that game to that new collection. I couldn't use an already existing collection (the Game History) to save that game to. So i can't save/add that game to the Game History. I guess only chess.com can do that.

I haven’t seen Chess.com do that previously. They undoubtedly have the power but I think they really don’t like to do it.
