Requested refund, should I get an email?

A day or two ago, I was charged for an entire year of diamond after my free trial ended, and I submitted a request for a refund here.

For anyone else who has done this: 
Did you receive an email immediately after submitting the request? As in, a confirmation email saying that they at least received my request.

And, how long did it take you guys to receive word from support and/or your refund?

IT might Take Up to a week or more Like they get thousands of Mails every day

Wow a week, I thought i had cancelled auto renew using a free month sub i got in pogchamps chat. It charged me for year of diamond a day before it was even supposed to… kind of shady to be honest. Im a bit worried because i used pay pal to activate and i deleted the card i used from the pay pal, so im worried they might “refund” to paypal and i wont even get it(or get it on the card i wanted).


they should not charge for a whole year when a free trial runs out, i like this app a lot but this is not a good experience

It shouldn't take a week. They publish stats every month telling how long it takes them on average to get back to people. Last month, the average was 31 hours.
