My refund request was sent 5 days ago, on a billing for a diamond membership for $160AUD but I have yet to see a reply. I was just wondering if I should send another refund request to customer service or just wait a bit longer.

Did you get the automated reply? Since the last couple of weeks were holiday weeks, thete will be some delays in getting tickets completed.
Added to that, there were a some membership trial promotions and that generated a higher load of refund requests than normal.
If you haven't heard back by the beginning of next week, reply here.
