Review estimated rating not showing anymore

Hello,

I am using the one free daily review and since a few days ago the rating is not showing. Only the accuracy is given. In place of the rating number there is just the word "rating".

The review does work though, which, unless I'm mistaken, is not the case when the cache and cookies benefit from being cleared. 
Also, if the site doesn't honor our authorization and breaks unless we clear our browser data and log back in, there is improvement to be made, right?

The indication from your initial post is that only the estimated rating isn't showing but the review is running.

The browser could have some bad cached code and it will try and load that, so that's why I suggested clearing the cache, just in case. Some things get cached and other than setting everything to not cache, the site really can't work around a potential cache issue.

You also don't need to clear cookies, just the cached data.

I guess you could disallow caching of the offending resourses but the web server would spend more.

Do you have any browser plug-ins/extensions? Those can interfere with code loading correctly.

It's the same browser configuration I've been using without issue until now. I am not blocking any script. I will try a different browser tomorrow once I get a new free review.

Same result with different browser. Next time I will try with DNS filtering disabled at the network level. Perhaps a list was automatically updated and now a required domain is blacklisted. I will also disable all extensions for good measure.

I have not heard back from support after submitting the bug report.

If you used the Bug Report option in the menu, you won't get a reply unless staff needs more information.

The cause appears to be the public ad-blocking DNS server I am using. I will do one more test tomorrow to be sure.

I found this error in the browser logs. The server is saying it can't find the following code.

I tested again. Only this account is affected.

That would indicate to me that the cache has a link to an old version of the code that doesn't exist anymore. That's why I suggested clearing the cache or incognito mode to rule that out.

Finally, it worked this time. Hopefully the issue has been fixed for good.

Edit: Actually, I'm not sure. Maybe the issue only happens for games added to the library.

There's a known issue with review on Library games being worked on.
