Now the connection works and my opponent just stalls. This site sucks. And I can't post a screenshot of it unless I edit and send it again. This is a terrible site. Why are you guys not fixing these problems?

And then the next is abandoned. Chess.com is having a crappy reputation. How can I get 1 decent game in without disconnects, stalling, and abandoning? When can I post pictures without having to edit them? When can I see my opponents' ratings during the first 5 games of account creation? Fix your problems chess.com. How do you expect us to want to upgrade to Diamond or Gold with these problems?
I would like to see the ratings of my opponents during the first 5 games of a new account creation. This should be a choice for players if they want to see or not. To do this now, you have to go to their profile. This is ridiculous. When I did, I lost connection, and I had to re-access the site. Then, subsequent games either lagged, aborted, or just hung disconnecting me.
I can connect to Youtube fine, and I do other things on this computer. I have NO PROBLEM going to other sites and using them. But when I come to chess.com, the connection gets lost. Please fix your servers and allow us to see ratings of opponents in our first 5 games.
