The other players "under 200" as pointed out by NewArdweaden are an impressive lot - or depressing I guess depending on how you look at it BUT those are bullet ratings which may simply indicate these players are using the wrong TL. The "under 200" list for blitz players is bigger, but not way bigger

neeuqpawn has managed to find a way to auto resign every game before it starts though there's no button there for it. It occasionnaly takes off a point from him as he seems to be trying to get the lowest rating ever.
