You have 2 games that ended after 1 move. In 1 game it shows you abandonded the game, which could have been any number of things: connection dropped, etc. and in the other your opponent resigned.
Software Bug

There may be a bug and staff is looking into the issue based in previous occurrences.
It is also possible that it could be a disconnection or cache related issue.
How are you accessing the site to play? Web or app? If the web, v2 or v3? If the app, iOS or Android and what app version?

I have a very high power computer in my music studio and a 4GL (10 mb) connection via a USB modem. Here's another caveat to your software bug. Today, I waited and waited and *finally* a match was found. The opponent did not move, game aborted. Another match opened, it closed at 19 seconds before I moved, and aborted. Another match opened, opponent did not move, game aborted. Another match opened, I moved, opponent resigned. THEN I got a warning about fair play violation. WTH??? The opponent RESIGNED. Then, I played another game, I resigned. Then, I get a 5 minute wait penalty. Your software has some serious bugs ever since you changed the reconnect time from 2 minutes to 1 minute. Obviously, some part of that mofication has affected code which controls other parts of the chess software. I'm still waiting for my 9 points to be restored and now I want this 5 minute restriction lifted. I do not violate the fair play policy unless it is completely unavoidable, such as ONE TIME when I managed to spill some hot coffee. Despite my efforts, I am continually penalized by your buggy software and to be quite honest, it's rather tiring, not to mention downright annoying. As an IT Manager, I have to wonder... who is managing the software development in your company? When I have a 30-minute break from a busy day, dealing with buggy chess software is not my cup of tea - or should I say "cup of coffee?" Any help you can provide is both appreciated and anticipate ;)

Regarding software I use to access chess.com, I am running Windows 10 and using Firefox 47.0. My firewall consists of several programs, all of which function properly and there are no restrictions on my access to chess.com. Generally speaking, my connection time is good (shows green bar), but occassionally it will go to orange if it's between 12 - 17 GMT +3.
Three games in a row, the opponent did not move. The first game, the opponent resigned. The second game was aborted by the server. I was black and I waited - opponent never moved. Then I got a warning about abandoning games. WTF? I did NOT abandon the game. The third game, I was black again, Opponent never moved. Game was aborted by the server and it said I lost. It deducted points from my rating. That is total nonsense. The opponent should have been penalized because he was white and he had the opening move. Here is what it showed in my comments after the game "GAME OVER - BobbyPeixe vs. the_chess_zebra - BobbyPeixe won - game abandoned (-9). Your new blitz rating is 830.". I want my 9 points restored and this bug fixed!!! THANK YOU :)
