Reports also didn't go for me as well!!
some issues
How do you know the exact time of reporting that ultimately caused the ban of the person in question 😅 just curious

I was on her profile and I reload a few times to check her views (she wanted more views)
so @wind told me that there isn't a such thing as "mass reported" but I wasn't answered about the rest of the problems that I am dealing with
The blocked members showing 0 appears to be a bug.
allow me to check once again to see if it is fixed
nope and my following is also affected

The problem with chess.com is legacy code and old code. Chess.com was made in 2006, and as the website got popular the old code had to remain but the server load increased, leading to glitches. Now, with such large website, it needs to be re-written but that is too costly for even large companies and can introduce own bugs too, simply not completely practical.
About mass reporting, r/chesscom has some active chess.com staff reading the posts, for ex- u/encan, publish your concern there, as there are chances it may reach to them, having your problems fixed

The vast majority of the site was rewritten in 2016-2018 (or thereabout). The was done to make the code much more modular and due to that, various sub-systems have been upgraded through the years since then. There likely isn't any code left from the first years of the site that hasn't been replaced by updated code.
Regarding mass reporting, that doesn't result in bans. Being reported and staff finding TOS violations, can result in bans.
Hello I wish to reach out over something that happened to the following user @Air3197
I would like to know what happened to this account, this person is a fellow chess lover and an respected active person in many clubs, it seems like the person in question was a fellow victim of a mass reporting that occur around Nov 27 at 6:00 pm in eastern time and I wish to appeal the decision that was made about her own ban and also I wish to address a few issues that I had so far in the last couple days
first off the lack of blocked accounts that I can see
I hope that you all have a great day/night
