some minor issues
Sort:
can not call a match draw or can’t castle between king and bishop? even though everything seems good, opponent can call a match draw in some matches but I can’t

In live games you can offer draws. Other draw conditions are automatic (triple repetition of position, 50 moves with no captures or pawn moves, stalemate)
Not sure what you mean about castling but you can't castle through pieces and you can't castle if your king crosses an attacked square, and can't castle into or out of check.
