Marble and beat sounds like the standard one to me. Do someone know how to change it?

Settings > Board and Theme > Select Sound Settings. Those are your options. If you would like some added or changed use the Help button in the lower left to make a suggestion.

You misunderstood his comment. The Marble and Beat sound themes are simply not working. They are identical to the Default sound theme. You can try it yourself to verify it.

Here is an update for this topic: I have already made a Bug Report for this in December. The problem was forwarded to the developers, but has not been fixed yet. Two weeks ago, I contacted the support per E-Mail asking about the issue and my Bug Report. The support did not respond to my E-Mail. Any suggestions from a moderator?

Thank you for responding referendarius. My assumptions were, that the problem was either forgotten or the priority is very low. Anyway, the sound themes are a feature of chess.com, that is supposed to work. So it sure was a good idea to report the bug. At first it seemed to me like this is a problem, that will quickly be fixed. But after more than a month, I decided to ask again.

I wish it was made but difficult this situation with sounds has been around for quite some time and for this reason many stop playing

A staff member from Colombia contacted me today. Your ticket was successful referendarius. Currently the developers are still working on the issue. It is a slight relief, that the report was not forgotten. Maybe I was not patient enough.

I have not heard of any progress. I can only suggest submitting another bug report to keep bugging staff about it.

The priority of the issue must be extremely low. Maybe the suggestion by referendarius can help. When more individual people report the bug, they might increase the priority. But not sure if it works this way.

I did everything I could. We just have to wait and see.
