My win hasn’t appeared in my stats. It was a daily win (and my first)

It was an unrated game and unrated games don't count towards stats.

Oh thank you. Do I have to register somewhere to play rated matches?

Apologies for using this (inappropriate) question but I can't find anyway to Post a new Question for an existing Topic.  I don't wish to create a new Topic, just ask a question on an existing Topic.

There is no "create new Post" button on my screen.

Create a Custom Game and make sure the Rated toggle is on/green. It should maintain that for your next game. If you're accepting a challenge, the challenge are should say if it's unrated.
