Froggy, what would happen if you quit the group and then rejoined it? It seems like when you quit a group, it untracks you from all the threads in the group. Then you could retrack the ones you want to follow.

That is not a bad idea. I will see if I can get any of the moderators or staff members to post a reply if not I will give it a try Tim.
Okay so I have been blocked by the OP of a particular thread in the Open Discussion forum, but the problem is that now the box to turn off tracking has disappeared.
Can someone please help me to turn off tracking.
