Resolved: Stuck with my old username on FB

Hello everybody,

I hope someone can help me with this.

I used to have an old username/account zk_xxx which i used for a while playing in here and on facebook.

Recently i cancelled the old account and opened a new one just to change my username that sounded more like a pornstar than a chess player.

Unfortunately i did not read through the site and did not know it was possible to change my username without going through all that process.

The proble is now that i am trying to play on facebook, i get my old username/account on the FB window, and whenever i try to interact on that window i get an "account closed" warning and am logged out.

Any idea how to solve this issue?

This may actually be a computer problem not a fb problem. Try deleting all of the cookies on your computer and wiping your cache as well.  You will be surprised at how many problems can be solved just by doing this. There is a free program available called CCleaner you might want to try.

Its not. He wants his old facebook account re-opening which only Chess.com staff can do for him :)
