sudden account closures

Twice in the space of a few months, my account was suddenly closed for no good reason.  In both cases it happens immediately after I post a note to my opponents page.  Either for playing a GG or for abandoning the game.  I then typically write "another sore loser abandons game. BLOCKED!".   Occasionally people are on bad connections and accidently abandon, but in most cases it happens when I'm in a winning position or right before checkmate.   I don't see anything offensive or in contradiction of the fair play rules by letting others know that my opponent is a "sore loser".  However, immediately upon posting said message, my accound is closed.  Previously, support was very quick (within 5mins) and re-activated my account, but the 2nd time around I'm being kept from playing for hours with no response from anyone.

Is anyone else experiencing this too ?

I understand about preventing spammer, but all I did was post 1 message every 5-10 matches I play, because that's the rate at which my opponents tend to abandon the game.

What's wrong with me calling them out for it ?

Site rules say no public naming and shaming. They say put in a ticket if you have good cause.

I can't imagine an account being closed because of something like that.

Ttales, you've just answered yourself: Occasionally people are on bad connections and accidently abandon. If you are not 100 percent sure what the cause was, it is rude to call them out.

@Crazychessplaya,

Yes I know. I only call out the ones that are blatantly obvious. In fact, half the time, I don't even bother.  But if it's right before checkmate and I see they're on a good connection (green bar) then I do state their behaviour.  Often I find several other notes to that effect on their blogs, confirming that they behave in this manner often.  Most players are honest and resign, but about 1 in 10 leaves you hanging waiting for the clock to tick down.

@goldendog

I didn't read that about public shaming. Can you point me to it? Sorry if that is the case, but may I ask how us honest players are supposed to put up with frequent game abandoning opponents ?   I never accuse anybody of cheating, altough I'm sure it happens a lot, but if somebody leaves the game at an obvious moment, is it rude to let others know about it ?

It's a policy that most everyone who frequents the forums sees the mods and staff citing and enforcing, typically for some member's name being associated with cheating or unfair play.
