No way that regular people are going to accept those sort of restrictions. Which is the whole problem. Those trolls will get closed in the something like 24 hours and that’s probably about as good as we can get it without AI closing accounts and accepting a level of false positives that you then need to reverse and apologise for

Online bully 1: Hi I'm the alt account of your bully and I'm gonna bully you and make new accounts when I'm banned! You're too dumb to figure out what to do!

My suggestion for social media (Discord, Reddit, ect) and Chess.com is this:
If you're using the website, what if the websites have access to your entire chrome browser(s)? (One or more browser) That way they can keep track of your history and incognito history. And you can block the website for them?
Or if you are using the app, the app can have access to your entire device and can delete your app and you can't install it for a certain (or permanent) time.
