I don't remember how many players were ahead of me when I first learned about insights, but I just played a few chess games in live chess and came back after. Maybe it took about 30 minutes? I don't remember exactly, but it was less than an hour wait I'm virtually certain.

Think I will contact support as it doesn't seem right. The Queue is now at 3360 40 minutes later. I have searched around and no one seems to have had a queue or wait this long.

The site has a 30 day trial offer going on now and a lot more members are being added to the insights queue than normal. It's possible that that process is stuck, but due to the numbers of members and the potential number of games across those members, the time to complete is a lot higher.

You have 28,000+ games. Add that to the number of additional members in the queue and that can explain some of it. I'll ask staff to see if there may be something weird in your case, as six days seems to be quite a bit high.

Staff are aware and added capacity to assist with decrease the queues more quickly.
I have been waiting on the insights queue for 5 days. It progressed from about 5000 in the waiting queue to less than 300 about a few hours ago. Now suddenly, I have been pushed back in the queue and it says about 3800 people are ahead of me. What's happening?

There was an issue that was fixed earlier today. However, all the accounts that were impacted have to work their way through the queue.
If you don't see them completed if a few hours repost.
