Online, I think. I dont think you get live matches. If you click the link all the details should be there.

Team matches are where your team battles it out with another team, It depends on how many players there are. If you won a match then that would make your team go up 1 point. The team with the most points wins the match, and sadly no you cannot have a live team match :( Hope this helps!
