The new support AI is BAD

Remove it and let us talk to real supports, I didn't get the answers I wanted. Sending them a message on support@chess.com doesn't work.

Well that's part of your problem. They don't answer that email any more. You have to use the AI gauntlet.

Most questions can honestly be answered by their help section.

I presume you searched for your answer without success.

The fast majority if questions that get asked have a corresponding help article that can answer it. The support tool offloads those types of questions so support staff can field those that require a person to handle.

Be sure to explain your situation fully. If you're not able to get a satisfactory answer, try something like Contact an Agent in that sane support chat.
