There were no ratings in the last games I won

Over the weekend, the games I won did not load with any score or rating. In other words, even though I won those matches, the system failed to display or record the performance rating associated with those games.
Is there any way to incorporate those points into my overall rating?

All three games were unrated games.

how is that possible? I don’t even know how to change a game from rated to unrated on the app. Could the app have done that automatically?

Is it possible those were direct challenges to you that you accepted?
