Chess isnt about ego. After looking at some of your games. Your issue isnt anyone cheating, your issue is that your playing fast time controls, hanging pieces, missing simple tactics, and not following opening principles.

Lol I've met toddlers that whine less than the average bullet player. Bunch of freaking crybabies.
I think the app analyzes your common game play and then matches you to players who have strength against your most played moves. I was able to go from a 600 to 800 in a few hours once I learned fried liver on bullet. I was mating everyone. Then, it seemed like the app caught up to how I was playing and I couldn't win with it anymore. I dropped all the way back to 600. The only way I could win was to change my opening. Now this is happening to me on blitz.
I'll go on a 8 to 10 game winning streak, then I'll lose 8-10 games. It doesn't change until I change how I play. Which causes more losses because I'm playing a new opening. I would like it if the app matched you with random players, not players who have strengths against your common play. I can predict the first 3 moves of any opponent I play whether black or white.
I have to say, I have played a lot of games and I find it odd that about 85% of the time, I am playing white. That's seems odd.
Sometimes for 5-6 games in a row.
Does anyone else experience this phenomena ?

Color allocation is random, but it is possible to get strings of games of the same color.
You have had 17,514 games as white and 17,617 as black. Out of 35,131 games that's 49.8 % white, 50.1% black.

Okay yeah, but that “random” 0.3% is pretty suspicious @Martin_Stahl. That’s way out of balance for only 35,131 games.

That... is completely wrong. One thing, if you get matched with opponents who have strengths against your moves, who do your opponents get matched with?

I recorded some of my games and it is in fact rigged. I noticed bugs like my clock starts ticking before opponent finishes move or my clock ticks couple secods after I finished my move. You cannot notice that when you play, but record your screen and review it later and it will became obvious that bullet makes no sense here.
Several games I have played come down to the last second & my opponents clock barely counts down or adds time back to their clock causing me to lose multiple games. I am appalled this situation continues to reoccur time & time again with no resolution.

Is this the most likely explanation for the things that you have observed here, which led you to believe this might be possible? Think carefully about this.

"I absolutely agree with You, i have the same problem. I never in my life encountered such strong play consistently super strong play from 1100 -1500 rated players. I don't know whether people are using chess bots or whatever but something is very wrong. I should be winning far more games than I am because of this situation.
