Ok, forgot I had some loss on time when I was at Dr.s office preparing for surgery, took too long to get back to the game. I should have asked how many timeouts u get b4 be3ing pre3vented from joining a tournament.
That's my excuse and I will stick too it.
What matters is the percentage of timeouts for the last 90 days. If it gets to10% , you can't join any new tournaments. Those September timeouts are no longer counted.
