Timer Glitch

I played two games earlier which resulted in losses because my oppenents’ timer went down and said it would automatically resign, but once that happened, instead of them resigning, I automatically resigned. I had perfect connection during both games. Might be because I’m playing on phone.

In my most recent game, it said I abandoned the game but I only used up 2 seconds.
i have many games like that which i have lost. I am facing this primarily 3 min games. I have tried raising this before but nothing has been done on this. I have at least lost 5 games due to this.
Now what is the process for next steps from here?
