Timer not showing in puzzles

I am on desktop. I am doing puzzles. I remember that there used to be a timer, but now it isn't showing. I clicked the settings cog at the bottom and turned "Show timer" off then on again. Even while on, I don't see the timer. I reloaded the page a few times and it still isn't there 🤔. I have disabled every single extension I have installed, reloaded the page, and it still isn't there. Even if I do the puzzles (there's no issues with the puzzles) no timer appears. Can you all help me?

Same, in both Chrome and Edge, if the browser window is full screen. However, if it's not full screen, then you can experiment with stretching the window until the timer finally pops into view next to your rating.

Based on your screenshot, you are doing unrated puzzles, which are always untimed. This puzzle mode is otherwise called "learning" or "custom" and can be found by clicking on "Custom Puzzles" from either the navigation bar under "Puzzles" or through the main "Puzzles" menu.

If you click on a specific puzzle and attempt it, it also shows up as a "Learning" puzzle. If you solve the puzzle and move on by clicking the green arrow, all subsequent puzzles are also "Learning" puzzles.

Only Rated puzzles are timed and therefore you will only see a timer when you are doing Rated puzzles. To do Rated puzzles, make sure you are going to Puzzles > Puzzles from the navigation menu. Only puzzles attempted this way will affect your rating.
