No, but the staff member that does them is aware of it.
Hello, I submitted my CM title application 3 days ago (FIDE profile has the CM) and so far there has not been any update or request for more information from chess.com. Do we know how long it has been taking recently to get it verified?

It can take up to a week, in normal situations but can depend on how busy the staff that do the verifications are. Be sure to check your spam folders in case they have contacted you for additional information. If you haven't heard anything by the middle of next week, post here again.

Good morning, apologies if this is not the right channel to submit this question but I have tried several ones without success.
A month ago I submitted a request to get my CM fide title verified with photo, fide link https://ratings.fide.com/profile/32004818. but still haven't heard back. Is there something I should do from my side?
Have you checked your spam folders? If there's an issue or they need more information, they'll try and contact you and sometimes filters pick those up.
I've asked a staff member about it, so hopefully that will help figure out what may be going on
Thanks for the fast response, unfortunately I see no email from chess.com in my spam folder. I escalated this issue a couple of weeks ago to some admins but I do not know if the procedure to verify the title is pending or stopped. Any guidance will be much appreciated.
