I want to join one of the tournaments that's just about to start, but when I try and enter it says I must have completed 5 games. I checked and I have completed 5, so why can't I join?

you need to have 5 rated games.  one of your games is unrated.

Welcome to Chess.com Stuart.  I checked your stats on your home page.  You have played 5 games but one was unrated so that might be the reason.  Complete one more rated game and you should be OK
