Tournament placing

Can any one explain the standings in this tournament?  I am happy with my third place finish but I do not understand why second and 4th are not reversed.

Placings are based on the final round not overall tournament score.

Thanks TadDude - that makes sense, but seems a bummer for RCTurner.  I don't hear him complaining though Wink.
