In case of a draw in second place in a tournament round, who gets de second place: the one with higher rating or the one with lower?
...
If there is no tie break and you have the same score you tie for second.
If the tournament uses a tie break, the tie break is based on your score against all your opponents. Your opponents have to do well for you to have a high tie break.
Take your score against each individual oppenent and multiply it by their score. Sum all these amounts to get your tie break. The tournament pairings page gives a running total until all the games are completed.

If two players have the same score and the same Tie Break score they will share second.
