Trouble logging on

I use chrome. I tried IE but can't get sound. When i log on, i get a pop up says not responding. It has option of kill page or wait, i always click wait but it takes forever to load.

I'm having technical problems! What should I do?

We're sorry you're having difficulties with Live Chess.  Here are a couple of tricks that solve people's problems in many cases:

• Do a hard refresh. On a PC you can do this by pressing Ctrl + F5. On a Mac, use Command + R.
• If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache.  (The method for doing this depends on your browser.)  After that, refresh as described above.

To snoozer 7: I look at your profile picture and by age you should have a bit of judgment and much more education. But then I pay attention to your pose and I come to the conclusion that you are just a fool and a complete idiot. Become a man because you're old enough for that, or you hit your head on the wall, you stupid!
