Trying to play blitz against computer

I'm a newbie so maybe I'm missing something.  I set the time for 3/2, but when I make a move (or the computer makes a move), there is no two second increment added to the time remaining.  Any suggestions?

I believe that's a known bug.

Yes, I have now learned that it was a known bug from OVER A YEAR AGO! It's off to Lichess for me.
