Pretty sure that Interface options tab only accounts for the Analysis tab and not Game Review. So if you're seeing it on the latter, that's why.

Interesting, thank you. It seems you are correct. Something I've just noticed too, the comments I've put in my game notation on the review page do not appear on the analysis page. Didn't realise they are 2 very separate pages like that. Thanks for your help 👍
