Two Problems

I am currently playing two games.

With one, the system says that my opponent has "a few minutes" left in his turn.  But this has been his status for over a week.  He can't seem to do anything, either.  It won't let him make a move or anything.

In the second game, my opponent did not set it to "vacation mode," but that's what it says.  Again, she can't make a move or anything.  She can't even switch the "vacation mode" off.

Is there some sort of bug permeating the system?

which game is it? Opponents username?

JeffreyStevens is my opponent in the one where it's said "a few minutes" on his side for over a week, at least.

AnnessaSwanson is my opponent where it says she's "on vacation," but she didn't set it that way, and the system won't let her do anything.

I don't know how to tell you which games these are.  Should there be an identifying number or something for each one?

AnnessaSwanson is on auto vacation as there is only 36 minutes remaining on the game for her to move.

JeffreyStevens is also on auto vacation.His game time will show as that until he removes the vacation time and makes a move.

Problem I was hoping someone would help with is error in site working shown on my topics on <Praxis>  home page notes- just gets shunted into the dead UNREAD !

But the problem is, neither of my opponents set anything to go on vacation and neither one seems able to disable the vacation mode!

I'll ask.  But does this system automatically set people on vacation for some reason?  Neither one would have had any reason to go into vacation mode--and both deny that they set it that way.

Yes it does. As a premium member, when your games time to move gets low, the system will automatically put your games on auto timeout protection (vacation mode) to prevent them from losing on time.

If there time is about to run out (around under two hours) then the system will complimentarily put them on vacation time so they don't timeout. Note: this is for premium members only.
