UI Issues

Dear fellow Chess.com forum members,

I wanted to know if anyone has the same problem I have. I am relatively new to this site (joined 2020), so bare with me.

For some reason, my UI changes from one format to another, seemingly at random. I actually prefer the UI I had when I first joined, not this most recent iteration. Is there an option to revert it? I cannot seem to find it, even looking at the support pages.

That link shows how you can control the layout of your "home" page on chess.com.

Do you go to that page often? I rarely do. I just go to live chess, or puzzles or the forum directly.

If you do go to the home page often, what does yours look like now?

What would you like it to show?

I'm not sure how to describe it, but if I would it is that the UI is very different. I used to be able to click [Play] and a very easy to access menu would show up, such as to play Blitz 3 min, 5 min, etc. All within one click.

Now, however, it requires me to go through the drop down menu, etc, and it is much more cumbersome. 

The main issue is that I like this "old" design, and there are plenty of posts that suggest there is indeed a new UI implemented. I just cannot find a way to revert it.

That was removed. Now you click New Game and it's one additional click to bring up the time control dialog if you don't want your last played one (the default).

I see. So there is just no way to revert this change in UI?
