Unable To Login Error RP13

I just got that message when trying to login a half hour ago on my phone (using wifi now). I read the support articles and it has to do with fair play restrictions, which makes no sense as I have never cheated once in over 6,000 games, and don't think I was ever warned by the site for something similar in my 7 years on here. What I don't get is if it is based on one's account being flagged, then why is my account fine right now? I even viewed it logged out and there was no red mark next to it or anything. Not muted either obviously. Sent in a support ticket, but is there any way to fix this for the time being? I don't have a VPN, but I did recently get an anti-virus program for my phone, don't know if that affected anything. Someone else in my apartment building also used this site but he moved out months ago and don't think he was a cheaper (played him a couple dozen times online). Unbelievable.

Sounds like it's IP based, so it's possible that the other person you're mentioning may have been IP blocked.

You might open a ticket directly with support with your IP that has issues.

Support got back to me very fast, within 12 minutes, they asked if I have other accounts on the site, which I don't. It happened at home so I told them that it wasn't a public library, cafe, school..etc, just my mobile phone at home. I think it's fixed cause I disconnected wifi and was able to login using mobile data. Although I wasn't at home when I tested it again so will have to do that.
