Unable to start daily games

I’m having the same issue. Put out five open seeks a day and a half ago and they’re still open seeks.
Same issue. Been trying for the last two days. They're just sitting there

Anyone heard from support on this. I'm being ignored. Cancelled my subscription. Really annoying. Only thing I use jt for.

I’m not sure how / where to claim: I began a new game but there is a white Rook and a black Knight lacking - and my adversary don’t answer my msgs…

It's either a custom challenge or an odds game. Either way, it's unrated so if you don't want to play it, you can resign (and I think you may still be able to abort)
