UNFAIR TREATMENT!!!!!

Right, I haven't noticed that diamond or premium members get any special customer service rights...maybe they do, but I haven't heard about it?

Despite all the veiled, barbed and  distinctly unfair comments directed at VirtuousKnight, I must say that I stand shoulder to shoulder with him on this issue.

If an individual on this  - or any - site is subjected to abuse, irrespective of the age of the offending individual, then it is incumbent upon the site's administrators to deal with the matter, swiftly and effectively.

This sort of behaviour, whether anti-social or anti-chess, simply cannot be tolerated.  Otherwise, dissatisfied customers might well decide to vote with their feet, and move elsewhere.  And we know what one bad apple can do to the barrel.

Read the first post again, that's not what VirtuousKnight was advocating. What he actually advocated was that if a premium member on this site is abused by another member they should be afforded the right to abuse that member back. Which, frankly, is as low and intolerable as the original offense.

There is a report abuse link on every page for reporting offensive behavior and the policy of the site is to deal with it as swiftly and effectively as their resources can.
