Since I have platinum membership, I cannot click on platinum membership plan.. I hope you can give me more explanation to answer my concern and confusion 😅

Yes, they attempt to provide pricing in many currencies. The flag is the only clue that they have (since they don't ask for your address when you sign up.)
I am not sure how many different currencies they have a currency exchange rate factored in.
I am also unsure of how often the exchange rates are adjusted.
There may also be different prices charged in different countries.
When I looked at Philippines currency, the exchange rate is currently $1US= 56.37 PHP.
$80*56.37= 4509.98 PHP
The price you were showing was only 1290 PHP for a year of platinum. If that is indeed the current price in the Philippines currency, it would appear to be an extreme bargain.
