When you are playing the computer players, what do the numbers like 73.5 and 55.6 mean that show up after a game is done? Thanks.

Is there a user manual for this site. I've seen things I like here but cannot remember how to access them again.
I saw one window which showed the total number of players in 30 minute chess and their average rating but cannot figure out how to get there.
I saw another window which allows one to pick the characteristics of opponents in games but cannot figure how to get there.
