i recently received an alert for a group that i have quit. i do believe i have mentioned this previously, and it has been ignored. nice goin'!! thanks so much for another lack of response! 

what makes this latest incident worse is that the alert is not just from a group i'm no longer in, but also a new post from one that has me blocked. 

how is it possible that i receive alerts from groups i have left, and also from one that has blocked me? 

the lack of response on actual issues is awful. 

to be more clear, i left the group prior to the new topic. now i am receiving alerts for every damn post in a single topic. 

oh, gee, did my posts get in the way of promoting puzzle rush, or, whatever it is that cc is rolling out? 

@AlCzervik we do try to monitor all the forums and tickets from "Report a bug" feature. Thanks for reporting this, we will investigate it.

when logging in today, the topic shows in alerts as a "new topic". strange stuff.

i quit that game over a month ago and then quit the group about two weeks ago, but still receiving alerts for it.

well, it's only been months for some of us anticipating responses while being ignored. 

i can understand cc not wanting any competing sites to be mentioned. because, they might do things better! and, if any member here decided to start a site, it might take a few away from the supposedly 30 million (wink!) members. 

here is a gaffe that has been around since v3 was put upon us.

any explanation for this?

I am not sure if this is the fault of V3 or not, but it is pretty embarrassing.

back in december of 2018, i had sent a ticket to staff asking if it were possible to start a tournament that is invite only, and a function to invite friends was available. i received a reply that it was a good idea, and staff was looking into it. 

but zero replies since. meanwhile, we now have a bot telling us our post is no good if we curse, a stupid spambot where members cannot post consecutive messages, and we had that crazy thing where clicking on a piece in games showed where it could move.

what the **** is staff doing? in another topic, i (we) are told the sudden change to the board being smaller than the move list is due to some new feature. of course, this feature is never explained.  

just ****ing be straight with us, instead of locking topics randomly and ignoring the help & support forums.

for any staff member that still gives a sh!t about the membership, it is regularly pointed out that sending tickets is how to get a response. results? explanations? well, that's a different story. 

the issue, as i see it, is ignoring members. if any staff member is concerned, i can point to a ticket i sent in december 2018 where nothing was done. 

telling members to send in tickets when many of us have similar issues that could be more easily seen and addressed by staff in a topic is akin to lying. this has been shown with the lack of response and locking of topics questioning what the hell it is you are doing.

you are also considering the membership stupid (on this, there is a percentage, and it seems to be growing, which it seems you want). there is no possible way a site like this can appease more members by responding via a single email to a single customer as opposed to a forum that can address everything. 

i'm not the only one that understands that replies in a forum about issues could stop hundreds of tickets where staff is burdened to reply that they will get back to us. 

anyone see a trend here?
