Vacation time — Unlimited?

I'm curious as to whether or not there's any limit as to how long a player may go on vacation in a single instance. Is a player permitted to expend all of their vacation time in a single use, or is there some fixed limit which may possibly be less than the total time they have available to them? Thank you for any information on this!

People can use all of their accumulated vacation at one time. The maximum is three months.

Free accounts can't get three month. They start with only 7 days and add another 2 days every month. They can only accumulate up to one month.

After your vacation is gone, your time expires normally.

Look at https://www.chess.com/settings/daily to see how much you have.

Read the link I gave if you want more info.

then setting the games to 14 days time out and if anyone invites me to a game with a shorter timeout than 14 days I shall decline so I always have time to finish my games then.

Well, good luck with that! Not too many people who are willing to wait up to 2 weeks between moves! Hell, you can do better than that even in traditional correspondence chess via Snail Mail™!

well that's what I do if people don't like it then shout me a subscription. Can't afford a subscription at the moment.
