Vacation time

Premim, ie. paying members get what is called automatic time - out protection. So if they are due to move and runnining out of time( supposedly accidentally ) the system puts them on vacation basis automatically to save their game till resumed/rescued by re- appearance of player.If you havn't decided on a premium your game can time out , since not protected. Using the same name both for vacation and auto protection type vacation can be a little confusing.

to be honest i think it is Rude to have vacation time unless it is agreed by both players it would be like Vishy annand going on holiday to Spain for a week when it`s Topalov move
I'm not quite sure about the rules for vacation time. I understand that I have to make a move on all my games and can only take vacation when there are no outstanding moves on my side. However, I note that some of my opponents suddenly go on vacation when I am still waiting for him to move. The time left for the move then also remains unchanged. How does it work?
