Not sure. I've seen other people post they have seen this behavior before, though I have yet to experience. I've seen the claim that renewing your memebership will add vacation days, though I don't know if that is true.

Of course, in the searching I'm doing now, it appears that the renewal "perk" was stopped, so I'm not sure what is being seen, unless they are doing it now on new premium accounts.
Twice now my opponent in a tournament has had about a day left on vacation, then all of a sudden has 15 days of vacation. How is this if every player gets 2 vacation days a month?
"All members then accrue an additional 2 vacation days per month: one on the 1st, & one on the 15th."
