Check your email, including junk/spam folders. It's possible you were contacted for additional information.

Anyway, have you tried sending them a message here? If so, then I don't know how to help you. I guess the chess.com customer support team are just incompetent if they can't help you with something as trivial as this.

Most of the time there's an issue with missing or incorrect documentation and staff do contact the member about it

Hello. I have sent all the documents requested by Islam Hajaliyev CM Chess.com chess program. Yanliz did not send me any reply regarding my request from Chess.com. Lichess.org Gives the Title in 1 hour. It's been 3 days since I submitted my request regarding the confirmation of my Chess.com a Title.
I have sent all the necessary documents related to the title. But Chess.com is not contacting me. What is the reason for this? Confirming a title for Chess.com is not that difficult. Lichess.org Solves a Titled account within 1 hour.
