Want to become a pay member, but?

I have been testing the site out to make sure it will work with what I have here. Had trouble log in, but that seems to improved. Played a live game last night, and that went well , but when I went to play against the chess computer, I only got a white screen telling me to down load Java, which I already have, but I down loaded anyway about six times at least and still the same message. I am using Internet Explorer as my browser, is that OK?   Is it because I am not a paying member that I cannot get a game against the computer? Thanks for your reply.  Bob

Try Chrome or Firefox. It's not about your membership status.

Thanks, that was helpful,  I joined "Chess Magnet school", and had to go for Firefox to make it work.  So will try there. Thanks for your quick replys!!!!

I just used FireFox and it worked great.!
