Warning about fair play

I have been receiving a warning that I'm not playing fair etc and now have to wait 5 minutes in between games.  I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.  This sounds like complete BS to me so any help would be appreciated.

I've never aborted any games.  If anything, the opponent has left at the beginning of the game if I take more than 10 seconds to move.  I don't think that's it but who knows. 

Maybe you waited till the end when you were in lost position and hoping opponent will resign. If you have ~3 min and you don't make a move, you can be punished too.

I must admit I did it once, a year ago, when I joined chess.com. I waited until I've had 0,1s and in this time my opponent left the board and he lost on time :(

I don't thnk you play unfair... You played a great game with me so don't worry... You may have quit a game once or just aborted it on accident... These things happen.. It has happened to me once so don't worry..
