website and app not working on ipad

Can you upgrade your iOS version to iOS 11?

If not, then your iPad device is not advanced enough for chess.com.
In that case you could send an email to support@chess.com to explain your situation.

Today the app is not working anymore on my ipad air, which runs 12.5.5

When I lauch chess it shows briefly a black screen and after closes
